It was completely renovated in 2021 and due to its location it is an ideal starting point, both for the things of daily life, as well as for exploring the beautiful Voreifel. Our modernly furnished holiday flat has two bedrooms, a living room with dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom (shower/ WC) and next to it a separate guest WC. In the large bedroom there is a double bed and a sleeping couch, in the other room two single beds. Thus, there is room for a maximum of five people in the flat. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, etc. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate guest toilet. The flat is on the ground floor and has a terrace with lawn on the south side of the house, which creates a bright and friendly atmosphere in the rooms and invites you to eat, drink and linger. Dear guests, Our house is located in the Schleiden district of Dreiborn on the Dreiborn plateau in the northern Eifel on the edge of the "Eifel National Park". The non-smoking vacation apartment is located on the upper floor, the size is approx. 86 m², divided into 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and hallway. Natural materials were used in the construction and interior design of the vacation apartment. The floor consists of oiled and waxed solid wood planks, the walls are mostly plastered with colored clay plaster, a small part with lime plaster. Most of the furnishings, including the kitchen, consist of oiled solid wood furniture, and some of the mattresses are natural mattresses made of coconut and natural latex. The surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure activities: extensive hikes directly from Dreiborn or in the surrounding area (e.g. in the High Fens on the Belgian side), water sports on the Rursee (swimming, stand-up paddling, sailing), cycling on many designated cycle routes and visits to places worth seeing, such as the half-timbered town of Monschau. The nearest cities are Aachen (45 km), Cologne and Bonn (approx. 70 km) and Liège in Belgium (approx. 80 km).
