Welcome to the Setzlach Holiday Apartment! Our house is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the town of Adenau near the Nürburgring. From here, the Eifel region can be wonderfully explored. It is a great starting point for many recreational activities such as hiking, bike tours on adjacent walking and cycling paths, motorcycle tours, and much more. The world-famous Nürburgring Nordschleife is in close proximity. The town center, with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shopping opportunities, is just a few minutes' walk away. The family-friendly accommodation offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The approximately 70 sqm apartment is located in a quiet area and can accommodate 2 persons, or up to a maximum of 6 persons upon request. The apartment features two bedrooms, a living area with a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy relaxing evenings on the balcony or take advantage of the barbecue facilities in the garden. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Additionally, the holiday apartment offers car parking spaces and a storage area for bicycles and/or motorcycles, perfect for active guests. Please note that pets are not allowed, and the entire accommodation is a non-smoking house.

The house (75 sqm) has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower/WC. The two bedrooms with double beds are non-smoking rooms. The living room is equipped with TV, stereo system, wood-burning stove and pull-out bed in the sofa set. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers space for 6 people. There is a parking space in the inner courtyard. The garden can be used by guests. The entire property is fenced and there are sun loungers in the garden. The vacation home is child-friendly. A travel cot for small children can be provided on request. A high chair is not available.In the utility room you will find another toilet, washing machine and dryer, in the courtyard two terraces with barbecue area and garden furniture. Important additional information: The upper bedroom is a connecting room to the bathroom. We would like to offer our guests a time of deceleration, relaxation and recreation in the midst of pure nature. The holiday flat is located on a former agricultural farm, in the quiet valley of the Brohlbach not far from the villages of Kaifenheim, Brachtendorf and Zettingen in the Vordereifel. The surrounding meadows, fields and forest belong to the farm.The flat is located on the brook side of the property, accessible at ground level via a separate entrance.It consists of: hallway with wardrobe, comfortably furnished living room with couch set, side table, chest of drawers and SAT-TV, open kitchen area, separated from the living area by a dining counter, with new, modern fitted kitchen, which provides oven, microwave, ceramic hob and other electrical appliances, a separate bedroom next to the living room (double bed, wardrobe, reading corner) with access to the bathroom (daylight window, walk-in shower, WC and washbasin), a guest toilet on the upper floor, where there is also an exit to the large terrace with a view of the stream, forest and meadows.

We offer you a tastefully equipped home. Be comfortable in our good furnished rooms with shower an toielet (an international SAT-TV if desired). You can leave your bike in our garage or your car on your rewerved parking-space. Trails and cycle-tracks near to the house invite to doe sport activities.
