Bettenfeld, situated on a plateau, is surrounded by a unique volcanic landscape. Due to the special conditions for flora and fauna, the Mosenberg (519m) is particularly noteworthy. Whether on foot with or without a dog or on a mountain bike, there is one thing above all: untouched nature. Forests and mountains characterize the surroundings.

Other excursion destinations are the Windsbornkratersee lake, the Hinkelsmaar and Meerfeld with its nice shops and restaurants and also its own maar. The castle climbing trail in Manderscheid was recently opened and has quickly become a tourist magnet.

The house with 3 double bedrooms and 1 sofa bed can be used by a total of 8 people. A total of 130 m² of living space is available. A cot and a high chair are also available. The cozy living room has two sofas, an armchair and a flat-screen TV. The adjoining dining room has a spacious table with 8 chairs.
