This is an new cozy apartment, renovated in 2020. It is located on the outskirts of Altrich and surrounded by lots of nature.  Altrich ist located in the centre of the Mosel, Eifel and Hunsrück. It is the perfect starting point for your hiking and riding adventures on the Maare-Mosel-Radweg, the Lieserpfad or the Eifel- and Moselsteig. The city Wittlich in only 4 kms away and offers all kind of supermarkets. Visit some of the tourist attractions like the Porta Nigra in Trier, the vulcanic lakes (Maare) in the Eifel or the old historic villages on the Mosel River. Here you can find the old city of Bernkastel-Kues, the Reichsburg (castle) in Cochem, a rebuild roman wine boat in Neumagen-Drohn or the ruins of the castle in Manderscheid.

Our small family run hotel is located near the village of Auderath with a stunning view over the volcanic Eifel. You will receive hospitality that comes from the heart. We have modern and beautiful decorated rooms, creative fresh cuisine, a cozy restaurant and a sun terrace in our English styled garden.

Schwerfen is located on the northern edge of the Eifel, at the transition from the Zülpicher Börde to the Eifel. From here it's all uphill. The A1/A61 highway to Cologne, Bonn, Aachen and the Eifel is nearby. From the house you can walk to the field in 5 minutes, for example to go for a walk with your dog. There you will find, among other elevations, the Rabenberg, which offers you a great view over the rolling hills of the Voreifel to the open-air museum in Kommern, a view as far as the Siebengebirge and as far as the Sophienhöhe at the Hambacher Loch. The Matthias Column on Aggrippastrasse/Römerstrasse is also within walking distance. In the Börde, directly near Zülpich, is the water sports lake with the LandesGartenSchauGelände. Our small 1 bedroom apartment "Aquamarin" is a total of 22 sqm in size and ideal for 2 people. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay: shower/WC, box spring bed, sofa bed, kitchenette with stove, oven and dishwasher, coffee maker for pads, kettle, toaster, free Wi-Fi, smart TV.It is a non-smoking apartment, pet-free and therefore suitable for allergy sufferers. You are welcome to share our garden with a separate seating area. A small barbecue is also available. A lockable shelter for your bicycles, a charging station for e-bikes and rental bicycles (at an additional cost) are available.
