The owner Peter Werner Theisen lives with his family in the wonderful building in a quiet location in the Auderather nature Son Matthias. The floor plan of the buildings and their flair are reminiscent of a finca. And this is how the name “Finca de vida y luz” came about – Finca of life and light. You will immediately notice the wonderful energy that this place radiates and immerse yourself in peace, inner contentment and balance. The finca has been completely renovated with great attention to detail and lovingly furnished with everything that will make your stay an unforgettable experience. Only high-quality furnishings and fittings were used. Many little highlights are waiting for you - for example, you can eat the most important food for a healthy body straight from the tap, because the domestic water system is equipped with the best that the world currently has to offer (Visiona water!). The apartment is suitable for 3-4 holiday guests (1 double bed, 1 single bed with a pull-out function to form a double bed). There is also a room with a desk and a sofa bed, making it ideal as a place to sleep or for holiday guests who want to work during their stay.

You can explore the national park on your own on the hiking and cycling trails or join the guided tours led by the national park rangers. The idea of the national park is to let nature run free.If you want to relax after a long hike, a visit to a romantic Eifel town is a good idea. Monschau, for example, invites you to take a stroll past the historic half-timbered houses. In addition to the "Red House" with its original furnishings from the cloth-making era and the "Mustard Museum", the castle offers an impressive view of the narrow, winding alleyways. Bad Münstereifel with its "City Outlets" within its historic town walls also attracts thousands of visitors every year. You can also visit the historic Kronenburg, Heimbach and Nideggen with their romantic houses and cobbled streets. We will be happy to inform you about hiking routes and excursions in the surrounding area.

The lovingly furnished country-style, approx. 60 sqm non-smoking apartment with underfloor heating comprises two rooms, a kitchen with dining area, bathroom and hallway.
