Welcome to Maijeschhof! Idyllically located at the foot of the Kasselburg, in the heart of the Vulkaneifel, the Maijeschhof, built in 1807, combines rural life in the old village center of Pelm with the walking distance to the town of Gerolstein. Our lovingly renovated, former farmhouse offers you ample space and numerous opportunities for a relaxing vacation. In the historic barn, there are three charming vacation apartments that blend modern comfort with rustic flair. Our common room provides a cozy meeting spot in front of the stove – ideal for cooking together, enjoying coffee, or even for meetings and seminars. In the warm months, the sun terrace, garden, and barbecue area invite you to relax. For the adventurous, there is even the option to camp on our meadow. Owner Ellen Petry spent happy childhood days here, bought the farm in 2021, and now lives in the old farmhouse. She welcomes you personally and is available to assist you with advice and support.

The town of Gerolstein with its shops, restaurants and many shopping opportunities is only 5 km away. The apartment is an ideal starting point for cycling tours and hikes. The Kyllradweg entrance is only 400 m away. You can also visit the many great excursion destinations nearby: Eagle and Wolf Park Kasselburg, PelmInformation: The final cleaning fee of €60.00 is to be paid in cash on site.

A cosy holiday home with a large green area and greenhouse. Possibility to buy organic vegetables and (Turkish) barbecue days are offered on weekends as desired. For children there is a trampoline in the garden and a playground is nearby.

You live with us in the approx. 80m² large renovated apartment in our detached house in Gillenfeld, which is located directly on the outskirts of the village in the immediate vicinity of the forest. The Pulvermaar and Holzmaar are only a few minutes' drive away. You can also quickly reach the Maare-Moselle cycle path or popular hiking routes. It offers space for up to 6 people. Our apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob/oven, fridge and freezer compartment, dishwasher. From the cozy living/dining room with TV, sofa bed and fireplace you have direct access to the terrace. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms. Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and the final cleaning are included in the rental price.

Welcome to the village station of the 20th century. The accommodation in the cultural monument "historical station Üxheim-Ahütte" is a museum station that opened in 2023, exactly 50 years after the cessation of railway operations. Here, time has literally stood still, as if the last passenger just departed, the last ticket was sold, and the last cargo was loaded. The station can now be experienced in its original form, just as it was during the days of railway operation. Various guest rooms are available in the former service areas, some with historical furnishings and reconstructed original wall colors. However, they are equipped with the comforts of today: All rooms include a shower/WC (new from 2023), TV, and Wi-Fi. For those who prefer older media, there is also a wealth of railway literature from long-gone railway times. In the former service rooms, the guests' culinary needs are catered to today. The specialty of our station gastronomy is pancakes as well as homemade cakes & tarts. Common areas in the station gastronomy can be made available for guests during operating hours upon request (no private beverages & food allowed. Sale of beverages & food by station staff). As leisure activities, the crime puzzle "The Disappearing Suitcase" and/or a crime role-playing game with dinner can also be booked upon request.
