The bright and modern "Sommerblick" vacation apartment is located in the Eifel village of Monschau/Mützenich. The highest elevation "Stehling" and the high moor "Hohes Venn" are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot from the apartment.

The apartment is located on the upper floor with a separate entrance. All rooms in the apartment are on the same floor.

Up to 4 people can stay in the approx. 97 m² apartment.

The cozy living/dining room with access to the balcony has IP-TV and a stereo system with Bluetooth.

The bright kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and a fridge with freezer compartment.

One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200) and another room is furnished with two single beds (90x200).

The daylight bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and washbasin. There is also a separate WC with washbasin.

The spacious balcony is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol.

    Our cozy Holiday Home is located in the quaint town of Kordel, right at the entrance to the Eifel Mountain Range and connected via train to Trier.Nestled within the oldest part of town, the building was recently renovated to comfortably accommodate 2 to 5 people.On the ground floor is a kitchen with a dishwasher and a capsule coffee machine, a dining room with a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom with a standing shower. If required, you can park your bicycles in the spacious hallway. There is also a washing machine and a drying rack.The two bedrooms are on the first floor. One bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and a chest drawer. In the second bedroom, you will find a long double bed, a wardrobe, and a partially open full bathroom with a shower.The 3rd-floor loft has a pitched ceiling, a sofa that can be converted into a bed, as well as an additional long single bed.There is one private parking space behind the house and additional free parking in the neighborhood. Behind the house, you also have the option of ending your summer evenings outside with a glass of Moselle wine.There is a local grocery store within 5 minutes walking distance as well as a pharmacy within 100ft.
