We’re glad you’ve decided to visit GesundLand Vulkaneifel in Manderscheid and are now ready to experience the therapeutic landscape of the Vulkaneifel for yourself.

At our newly redesigned Tourist Information center, you’ll find brochures about the region, can purchase event tickets and souvenirs, book your accommodations, or simply get tips for your stay in GesundLand Vulkaneifel. Hiking and biking maps, hiking guides, informational brochures, and the latest visitor newspapers are available here. From March through October, we also offer the option to rent climbing gear for the Burgenklettersteig—ideal for anyone seeking adventure.

Our new accessible service counter allows us to provide comprehensive assistance to all guests.

You’ll find a public parking lot right next to the Manderscheid Tourist Information Center.

    Sometimes we need to flee from our daily life routine by taking a short break where we gain intensive rest.Spontaneously escaping a few days, going hiking or enjoy nature, going on a cycle trip and explore the area or going on a trip and enjoy life. Sometimes we need to treat ourselves. Try it and spend a few recreative days in our beautiful Eifel region.Indulge yourself days of rest and relaxation and time to reload the battery. We are pleased to help you planning your leisure time and we will show you the nicest places of our region.We have more than 20 double rooms (18 to 24 m²) available, twelve of them with a sleeping couch which can be used as a third bed. Three rooms are equipped with separate beds. Furthermore, we have three small single rooms (12 to 16 m²).All rooms are equipped with shower lavatory, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, flat screen TV, radio, telephone, W-LAN (Wi-Fi), refrigerator, balcony or terrace. We also have a lift in our house.It is a pleasure to welcome you.

    The local community Lind with about 50 inhabitants is located in the western part of the association community Vordereifel at an altitude of 470 m above sea level, in close proximity to the districts of Vulkaneifel and Ahrweiler. The Josefskapelle, located in the center of the village, was built in 1858 on the ruins of an older chapel.

    KOMM (Pleußmühle)

    KOMM (derived from the word "communication") is a place for art, culture, music and encounters in Düren. The socio-cultural center is located in the old Pleußmühle, which can be recognized by its striking brick façade and the large water wheel at August-Klotzstr. 21 (just a 5-minute walk from the city center). Located directly on the mill stream, the water wheel produces green electricity for the Düren public utility company, while the KOMM "produces" culture.
