The Hasenberghof in Kronenburg is a very special place where animal welfare, education, and art come together. Supported by the Dr. Axe Foundation, the farm provides animals with a species-appropriate home and is committed to preserving old and endangered breeds of farm animals. Animals in particularly dire situations also find a permanent home here.

As an extracurricular learning center, you can interact with animals here in a direct and respectful way. Especially for children and teenagers, the Hasenberghof offers exciting insights into animal welfare, species-appropriate care, and responsible treatment of our fellow creatures.
A special highlight is the Dr. Axe Foundation’s art gallery. Rotating exhibitions showcase works from the Düsseldorf School of Painting and create an extraordinary connection between art, nature, and animal welfare.

The Hasenberghof invites you to discover, learn, and reflect on treating animals and our environment with respect.
