In the middle of a small village in the North Eifel, in the middle of nature, away from all the hustle and bustle in an old farmhouse made of natural stone is the Woewwesch gallery. The former stable and hayloft has been expanded into two floors with an exhibition area of more than 120 square meters.

We, Johan Braun and Johanna von Mücke, have been here for a little over 10 years in the house “Woewwesch”, which has had this name for centuries. The name “Woewwesch” comes from “weber”, probably the profession of a former resident. Naming the houses is a widespread tradition in the Eifel, which is why we gave the gallery the same name. Our dream is to revive the old walls. In addition to the wonderful nature, bike tours, hikes, museums, there is also a gallery in a typical Eifel house with a cozy atmosphere that is certainly worth a visit.
