For more than 25 years we have been engaged in the direct marketing of poultry in our own farm store and since 2006 also in the farmer's market hall in Bitburg. Our family business is in the second generation here in the Eifel. Since 2013 we belong to the regional brand Eifel and are regularly controlled whether their regulations are also kept. Since we keep our animals directly on the farm, we can guarantee short transport routes and stress-free slaughter.

The welfare of our animals is very important to us. For this reason we keep our animals as species-appropriate as possible and try to fulfill their needs completely. For this reason, our animals receive their own food from our fields. All year round we keep chickens and turkeys in small groups in the stable on straw. If possible, our turkeys are also allowed to go to the meadow for sufficient exercise and activity. In September you can also find ducks on our farm which are allowed to live out their natural behaviour in the open air and prefer to play in the water.
