Radreise 05: Durch den wilden Islek

5 Tageab 289.00 €

✔5 days ✔approx. 138 km in total ✔from/to Prüm ✔packed lunch

Challenging but not overtaxing yourself, overcoming inclines and enjoying the railroad tracks all the more for it, taking in the different landscapes of the Eifel and let the wind blow around your nose - the round trip along the Enz, Nims and Prüm cycle paths is the perfect way to take a short break from everyday life.

The length of the stages allows you to make stops along the way. For example, on the banks of the Bitburg reservoir in Biersdorf am See, where the pedal boaters and paddlers on the water create the perfect picnic atmosphere. In Holsthum, the hop plants wind up meters high on their wooden and wire scaffolding - what an impressive sight!
Pretty Eifel villages line the route towards Enz, the extensive Bitburger Gutland offers uninterrupted views and there is time for a coffee break in Neuerburg.

It is only a few kilometers from Irrel to Bitburg. There is plenty of time to experience the fascinating world of beer up close in the Bitburger Erlebniswelt or to learn more about the history of the town on a guided tour.
