The holiday home ist all yours. You are living alone in the fresh renovated houses. It is located on a southern slope on a 600 m² property and has a large living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen bar with fireplace and 2 bathrooms, one with shower. Relax on our large sunny terrace with its garden furniture. The DTV = German Assosiation for Tourism - rated the house with 3 stars. The house has a chimney (fire place in the living room), a TV and SAT Receiver. Your kitchen has Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffeemaschine, Stove, Baking Oven, Water boiler, Egg cooker, Toaster. For your comfort you will find a flat iron and an iron as well as an ironing board. Your beds have bed linen, you have as well fresh towels. Bath robe for rent.

Welcome to our riding and holiday centre. All trail riders, riders with and without their own horse and all holiday guests who are looking for peace and relaxation in a cosy atmosphere and idyllic landscape are welcome. The family and pet-friendly holiday complex comprises two log cabins, each with four beds and a sofa bed. Each house is fully furnished and has its own fenced garden with terrace and barbecue. We also offer a holiday flat/group accommodation with seven beds on two levels, two shower bathrooms, lounge and fully equipped kitchen. In addition to our riding farm, the surrounding area also offers many attractive destinations for active holidaymakers, e.g: - Castle Eltz and Castle Pyrmont - Maria Laach Abbey on the Laach Lake - Volcano Museum Mendig and volcano hiking trails - Animal park and climbing wall Klotten - Moselle villages with Moselle boat trips and steamboat trips - Koblenz with its beautiful old town and sights - and of course many hiking trails through meadows, forests and fields.

You can expect a ca. 45m²  newly furnished non-smoking apartment in a quit location near the forest. Everything barrier-free, own parking space directly in front of the aparetement and storage space for bicycles and motorbikes.   A spacious eat-in kitchen that offers enough space for 2 people (sofa bed possibly for achild).The kitchen is equipped with: oven, Ceramic hob, Fridge freezer, coffee maker, water and egg cooker, microwave, toaster, waffle maker, cutlery and porcellain. Living area: TV+ Netflix usage possible, Radio, comfortable couch.                       The bathroom with a rain shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer.   Washing machine can be used by arrangement. Intermediate cleaning of the apartment possible for 30.-€                                                                                                    Terrace with a quit seating area, parasol and sun loungers. BBQ is possible either with a elektorgrill or charcoal. A fire bowl is available for you to end the day at the campfire in a special atmosphere.
