    The property can accommodate up to 10 peopleand features a barbecue area in front of the house.

    A charcoal grill is provided— please bring your own charcoal.

    Please note that you must bring your own toilet paper and trash bags.

    The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster.

    A washing machine is available in the basement if needed.

    A cozy fireplace in the living room creates a warm and inviting atmosphere— please bring your own firewood.

    There are numerous shopping options in the area:

    In Hillesheim (approx. 12 km / 13 min. by car), there are Rewe, Lidl, Netto, Norma, snack bars, and more.

    In Gerolstein (approx. 9.9 km / 11 min.), you’ll find Lidl, Aldi, DM, Takko, Woolworth, McDonald’s, a home improvement store, and many other shops.

    Gerolstein also offers beautiful hiking trails, a historic fountain, and impressive nature experiences in the Vulkaneifel.

    In Betteldorf, you can also take riding lessons —but only by appointment.

  • Our special rates for you:

    • For stays of 3 nights or more, you’ll receive a 5% discount; for stays of 5 nights or more, you’ll receive a 10% discount.
    • Early-bird discount: 10% when booking at least 60 days in advance.
    • Last-minute discount: 10% when booking within 7 days of arrival.

Note: The nightly rate varies depending on the number of guests. A one-time flat fee for cleaning (60 €) and utilities (30 €) will be charged additionally. The house is particularly attractive for couples or groups of 3 or more people.

A maximum of two pets are allowed for a flat fee of 20 euros per dog. There is a fenced-in area in the garden where dogs can run freely.

    Holiday village with 18 high-quality equipped, new, modern holiday homes for 1 to 7 people (76-97m²) in a quiet location on the edge of the forest 3 km from the Carolingian town of Prüm. Terrace, sauna, TV, free parking, some with wood-burning stove and fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave. In Prüm (4 km by car, 3 km on foot) you will find all shops for your daily needs. Information about excursion destinations can be obtained from the tourist information centre: www.eifel.info There are currently no new building works in the park. Laundry can be washed and dried in the washing machine room (white container with key pad) (4 x 1€), detergent 0.50€. If you would like to use our hot tub, please contact us. Please only use the parking space belonging to your house or the parking spaces in front of house 3, next to the blue container or above house 10. Please do not park in the turning hammers. Two tea towels and two dishcloths as well as a dishwasher cloth are always provided. For reasons of hygiene, no food (including sugar, spices, coffee or tea) is allowed in the houses! The coffee machines are filter coffee machines. Travel cots and / or highchairs can be collected from our warehouse on arrival if required (free of charge while stocks last). These must be returned cleaned on departure. A large number of marked hiking trails start very close to the houses, allowing you to discover the fascinating landscape.
