By completely renovating the house, which was built in 1979, Eifel21 has created a place that conveys warmth, high quality and generosity. When selecting the materials and colors of the house, particular attention was paid to emphasizing the relationship to the surrounding nature in order to create harmony and a place of relaxation inside the house and in the surrounding garden.

Our lovingly furnished non-smoking vacation apartment is located in a quiet street in the immediate vicinity of the cycle path and offers space for 2 people. Fully equipped kitchen, with small dining table and fully automatic coffee machine. Living/bedroom with sitting area, reading corner and dining area. The apartment has an exit to the idyllic inner courtyard with terrace and barbecue area. Ideal starting point for excursions to the dream trails, Eltz Castle, Moselle, Rhine and the Nürburgring. Our small village Mertloch has about 1400 inhabitants. Good traffic connection, three kilometers to the freeway connection A48. Shopping facilities nearby. Parking directly in front of the house. Motorcycles/bicycles can be stored in the garage, pets are not allowed. Price per night: 1 person: 61 Euro, 2 persons: 69 Euro.

Comfortable vacation apartment/holiday home on a single farmstead on the Hohes Venn moorland with fallow deer, horses, cows, calves and small livestock in a very quiet location near the edge of the forest. Playground and barn, pool, barbecue facilities, hiking, mountain biking, carriage and covered wagon rides, horse riding, cross-country skiing in winter.

Approx. 15 min. to the Rursee shipping pier, a children's playground, the Rurberg National Park Gate with tourist information and the natural outdoor swimming pool at the Rursee (free use).

Our house and our landscape are worth a visit. The rooms have central heating, shower/WC, bidet and are furnished in country style. Playground, sunbathing lawn.
