There is a semi-detached house, the holiday home Traumzeit and the holiday home Sternstunde. You and your furry friend are very welcome in the holiday home Traumzeit. Pets are not allowed in the Sternstunde holiday home. Both holiday homes have their own wellness area on the roof terrace with a whirlpool, barrel sauna and outdoor shower, so you can relax undisturbed. The outdoor areas are also separate and each house has its own car park. You can find further details of the facilities in the descriptions of the two houses.

A restaurant is located on the first floor of the house, two breakfast cafés directly opposite. The house is suitable for small groups of up to 12 people. We help with the organization of excursions. Welcome to the Setzlach Holiday Apartment! Our house is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the town of Adenau near the Nürburgring. From here, the Eifel region can be wonderfully explored. It is a great starting point for many recreational activities such as hiking, bike tours on adjacent walking and cycling paths, motorcycle tours, and much more. The world-famous Nürburgring Nordschleife is in close proximity. The town center, with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shopping opportunities, is just a few minutes' walk away. The family-friendly accommodation offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The approximately 70 sqm apartment is located in a quiet area and can accommodate 2 persons, or up to a maximum of 6 persons upon request. The apartment features two bedrooms, a living area with a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy relaxing evenings on the balcony or take advantage of the barbecue facilities in the garden. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Additionally, the holiday apartment offers car parking spaces and a storage area for bicycles and/or motorcycles, perfect for active guests. Please note that pets are not allowed, and the entire accommodation is a non-smoking house.
