Especially the first floor with ground level entrance, double bedroom (bed with raised frame), separate toilet, modern bathroom with tub and shower, cozy kitchen with corner bench, living and reading room with great views are suitable for people with walking disabilities, seniors and families with children. On the 1st floor we have a children's room with a crib and another double bedroom. The spacious outdoor area offers plenty of seating for both sun worshippers and those seeking shade. The cycle path / walking trail called "Eifelsteig" is right around the corner. The apartment has a big living room with TV / Stereo and a nice sitting area / sofa bed.
