Senseo-coffee machine and electric kettle. All rooms include a flat-screen TV. The standard apartments have an the outdoor terrace with barbecue facilities. The luxury apartment has a balcony. All are equipped with patio furniture. Free private parking is possible on site (private dead end road, please note  - limited turning possibility for vans/trailers!). Bed lining, towels, soap, toilet paper are included. You also find free Senseo-coffepads, some sugar, milk, salt and pepper, as well as a bottle of  mineral water. The final cleaning is also included. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment. For visiting the famous Nuerburgring or the beautiful Eifel, Adenau and its excellent infrastructure is the perfect starting point. Please ask for the valid prices, especially or major events.

Welcome to the Sommerhaus!The house was built over 100 years ago and was completely renovated and modernized in 2020. It is located in the quiet Eifel village of Höfen, the gateway to the Eifel National Park. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, milk frother, fully automatic coffee machine, Philips Gourmet coffee machine, egg boiler, waffle iron, blender with accessories and of course various other cooking utensils.In the dining room there is a large real wood table with ample seating, a children's chair and a comfortable bench. In the living room there is a corner settee that can be converted into a double bed (1.40 x 2.20 m). The programmable and remote-controlled pellet stove creates a cozy atmosphere. A smart TV (WLAN and CI slot) is also available. In the "SPA area" there is a large sauna, two showers, several seating options, two washbasins, a urinal and a toilet. A hairdryer is also available. The entire lower floor (including the shower) is equipped with underfloor heating. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds (2 x 1.80 x 2.00 m / 2 x 1.60 x 2.00 m) and each with a Smart TV. One room is combined as a bedroom and playroom, with a pool table and foldaway bed, which can be folded up and down again if required. With the sleeping possibility in the living room, up to 10 people can spend a pleasant vacation in the summer house. A crib can be provided if required. The bathroom on the upper floor is also fully equipped with WC, washbasin and shower and of course a hairdryer. WLAN is available throughout the house and on the veranda and terrace. Towels, dish towels, high-quality bed linen, wood pellets and toilet paper are provided. Shower gel for hair and body is provided in the bathrooms. Washing-up liquid and dishwasher powder are also provided. Outside there is a terrace with seating and a barbecue as well as a large covered veranda, which can be lit and heated. Ideal for smokers. There are 4 parking spaces in front of the house. There are various shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity (Lidl, Aldi, Real, Kaufland etc. approx. 8 km away).Our house is located directly on the well-known Eifelsteig and invites you to beautiful hikes or bike tours. The historic old town of Monschau is 5 minutes away by car and the Rursee is approx. 25 km away. There are numerous excursion possibilities in the surrounding area, such as the Dreiländereck, Camp Vogelsang, the imperial city of Aachen or the Nürburgring.The house is a non-smoking house; pets are not allowed.
