The holiday home "Villa Hammertal" is located in the Hammer district near Simmerath. The Rur is in the immediate vicinity and beautiful hiking tours can be undertaken to the nearby Rursee. The house with 3 double bedrooms and 1 sofa bed can be used by a total of 8 people. A total of 130 m² of living space is available. A cot and a high chair are also available. The cozy living room has two sofas, an armchair and a flat-screen TV. The adjoining dining room has a spacious table with 8 chairs. The high-quality kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, gas stove, microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, a sink and a toilet. There is also an additional toilet on the ground floor. A double bedroom is on the ground floor of the house. Two double bedrooms are on the upper floor of the house. In one of the bedrooms on the upper floor there is a small cozy couch that can be used as a sofa bed for 2 additional people. (With 2 people, the house can be used as a "ground floor apartment".)
