A dream for hikers! Our holiday apartments are situated at the edge of the picturesque village of Monreal with it’s two castle ruins, right at the hiking trail „Monrealer Ritterschlag“ („accolade of Monreal“). In this peaceful location you will discover beautiful apartments with high quality equipment, which were furnished with loving attention to the detail. The three holiday apartments „Walkmühle“ (“fulling mill”) are equipped in different ways. 2, 3 and 4 stars, awarded in the classification of the German tourism association (Deutscher Tourismusverband DTV), guarantee a high standard of quality. In all three holiday apartments we provide accomodations for one to ten people.

The apartment has a living space of approx. 75 m². The bathroom and storage room are located in the basement with a separate entrance. Upstairs is the double bedroom, a single bedroom, living room with balcony, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, guest WC. Free WLAN is available to the guest. Parking for bicycles and motorcycles/car in the separate garage.

The approximately 90 m² house "Schöne Aussicht am Eifelsteig" in the district of Widdau offers space for 6 people, it is equipped with 3 separate bedrooms (1 double room, 2 single rooms, 1 sofa bed in the living room). 1 bathroom with shower bath, sink and toilet. An additional guest toilet is available. Two further sinks are in the bedrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, microwave, filter coffee machine and all the usual tools. Living and dining room with open fireplace and satellite TV. There is also the exit to one of the two terraces; from the southwest terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of the beautiful Rur valley and in the evening you have a wonderful view of the clear starry sky. A large, east-facing terrace is ideal for a sunny breakfast. Two outdoor terraces/garden furniture, lounge area in the courtyard and charcoal grill available. Use of the garage is free. Parking spaces available at the house. Free WiFi. Non-smoking house No pets allowed!

The lovingly furnished country-style, approx. 60 sqm non-smoking apartment with underfloor heating comprises two rooms, a kitchen with dining area, bathroom and hallway. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped for two people. From here you have a beautiful view of the nearby Ernstberg. Outside, there are seating and lounging areas where you can have breakfast or enjoy the evening sun with a nice glass of Moselle wine.
