Our basement apartment is located on the quiet eastern edge of Ülpenich. The Roman town of Zülpich, with its water sports lake and lake park, is 4 km away and offers numerous leisure activities for families.

Comfortably furnished double room with shared shower. There is a separate entrance and a lounge with a fridge. Families with children are also very welcome. The shower on the floor is only available to guests. WLAN/WIFI included.

E-bikes are available for exploring the surrounding area. The holiday home is in a quiet location and offers pure relaxation. The holiday home offers its guests a wellness area/sauna, terrace, garden, sitting area, TV, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, coffee machine, two bathrooms and a living room. The nearest main railway station, Trier, is 21 km away and Luxembourg Airport is 50 km away.

The holiday flat Anna is in a semi-detached house in the beautiful village of Ellscheid. Due to the quiet location you will have a relaxing holiday. At the entrance there is a nice seating area on a terrace. The Maare-Moselle cycle path, many hiking trails and excursion destinations are in the immediate vicinity.

The owner Peter Werner Theisen lives with his family in the wonderful building in a quiet location in the Auderather nature Son Matthias. The floor plan of the buildings and their flair are reminiscent of a finca. And this is how the name “Finca de vida y luz” came about – Finca of life and light. You will immediately notice the wonderful energy that this place radiates and immerse yourself in peace, inner contentment and balance. The finca has been completely renovated with great attention to detail and lovingly furnished with everything that will make your stay an unforgettable experience. Only high-quality furnishings and fittings were used. Many little highlights are waiting for you - for example, you can eat the most important food for a healthy body straight from the tap, because the domestic water system is equipped with the best that the world currently has to offer (Visiona water!). The apartment is suitable for 3-4 holiday guests (1 double bed, 1 single bed with a pull-out function to form a double bed). There is also a room with a desk and a sofa bed, making it ideal as a place to sleep or for holiday guests who want to work during their stay.
