Our basement apartment is located on the quiet eastern edge of Ülpenich. The Roman town of Zülpich, with its water sports lake and lake park, is 4 km away and offers numerous leisure activities for families.

Located directly on the Eifelsteig The hotel is nestled in the fascinating landscape of the Vulkaneifel, directly on the reservoir and Eifelsteig trail on the green outskirts of Gerolstein. The quaint building from the 16th century originally served as a sexton's yard and village school. We acquired the house in April 2021 and spent more than 1.5 years extensively renovating, refurbishing and modernizing it in close coordination with the monument authority, so that today you can enjoy modern living comfort in a historic ambience.
