Above the Old Town, you’ll enjoy an idyllic stay at the end of a cul-de-sac in the nature-inspired “Mühlenley” house, with views of the countryside. Enjoy peaceful moments in this extraordinary home surrounded by woods and nature.  

You’ll be staying in a spacious house with a covered outdoor terrace that includes a large veranda. A 15-minute walk along a footpath takes you to Monschau’s historic market square.

With 150 m² of living space, the house is divided into a main house and an annex. You’ll rent the entire house, allowing you to enjoy plenty of privacy.

All three bedrooms in the house have their own bathrooms. One of these bedrooms features a steam sauna and a bathtub for relaxation. The corresponding restroom is located in a separate room.

Two cozy living rooms with high-quality leather furniture invite you to unwind. A fireplace adds to the cozy atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island opens directly onto the living room and the large dining area. While dining, you can enjoy the view of the surrounding greenery.

All bedrooms are furnished with a double bed—one room also has a single bed. The house can therefore accommodate up to 7 people.
Three attractively designed en-suite bathrooms make your stay particularly pleasant. In one of the double bedrooms, the toilet is in a separate room.

The outdoor terrace features a table with 6 chairs, an awning, a parasol, and a bench. The trees and shrubs provide ample privacy and views of nature.
A swing, a slide, and a climbing structure for small children have been installed in the outdoor area. A basketball hoop is available for older children.

Part of the garden area is completely fenced in.

Parking spaces are available.

It’s the ideal base for exploring the town, going on hikes, and taking day trips in the surrounding area. Our house is situated on a 1,300-square-meter lot with a large lawn for sunbathing and playing, right on the idyllic Elzbach stream. The vacation rental is located on the ground floor of the two-family home at “Elzer Weg 3” and was completely renovated and furnished in 2012. P.S.
