It has been lovingly renovated inside and out so that you can enjoy modern living comfort in a historic ambience. Sometimes we need to flee from our daily life routine by taking a short break where we gain intensive rest.Spontaneously escaping a few days, going hiking or enjoy nature, going on a cycle trip and explore the area or going on a trip and enjoy life. Sometimes we need to treat ourselves. Try it and spend a few recreative days in our beautiful Eifel region.Indulge yourself days of rest and relaxation and time to reload the battery. We are pleased to help you planning your leisure time and we will show you the nicest places of our region.We have more than 20 double rooms (18 to 24 m²) available, twelve of them with a sleeping couch which can be used as a third bed. Three rooms are equipped with separate beds. Furthermore, we have three small single rooms (12 to 16 m²).All rooms are equipped with shower lavatory, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, flat screen TV, radio, telephone, W-LAN (Wi-Fi), refrigerator, balcony or terrace. We also have a lift in our house.It is a pleasure to welcome you.

Our vacation home (you can find the booking plan on the website www.eifelhaus-brenk.de) is located on the edge of the district of Dahlem-Baasem and offers a fantastic view of the hilly Eifel landscape with meadows and pastures. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be found in the nearby village of Stadtkyll as well as in the romantic village of Kronenburg. With its medieval gates, pretty old houses, the ring wall, the old administration building and the castle, the old town center is a special tourist attraction. The beautifully situated Kronenburg reservoir is approx. 3 km away and offers opportunities for swimming at the beach and boating. The small Eifel village of Baasem in the German-Belgian Nature Park looks back on more than 1000 years of history. The village was first mentioned in a document in 867 as "Basenheim". The local church is well worth a visit; around 1510, the existing single-nave hall church was extended to become the two-nave late Gothic hall church that exists today.

Our house is situated in a quiet location in the center of the village, right on the edge of the High Fens and directly at the entrance to the Eifelsteig. The entrance to the RaVelweg is also nearby.
