The hotel and restaurant are very popular with hikers and are ideal as a stopover at the end of the first stage of the
Eifelsteig trail.
The "Roetgen Therme" wellness oasis with 7 saunas (including the Eifel sweat lodge, the Himalayan Kirstall salt sauna, the aroma bath and the blossom bath, among others) and 5 pools are directly accessible from the hotel. The highlight is the large open-air seawater pool (heated all year round) in the 5000 m² spa park.

A small but fine hotel - directly above one of Germany's leading wellness facilities. Guests can access the Roetgen thermal baths directly from their hotel room. The hotel is located in Roetgen's 200-year-old post office and, with its mighty walls, fits in perfectly with the Eifel tradition.

In the summer of 2022, we converted our former stallion stable into our new holiday flat no. 7 with a special flair for up to six people.A dream for children and horse lovers. Riding lessons, guided rides, hiking with ponies, barbecue evenings with campfire at the brook, riding games, brood mares, riding horses and ponies, the dear farm dog Bruno, rabbits and hares, chickens and our Galloway cattle on our pastures.For bikers there are wonderful trails in the surrounding area. The VulkanbikeMarathon in September and various trail parks for mountain bikers. The Maare-Mosel cycle path is a more moderate way to explore the beautiful landscape.On foot, you can enjoy the volcanic Eifel on the Eifelsteig or on Germany's most beautiful hiking trail 2021, the VulkaMaar path.     The Eifel is always worth a trip! Our holiday apartment is located on the outskirts of Jünkerath in a quiet, sunny location. Jünkerath is situated in the upper Kylltal at an altitude of 420 m above sea level in the Vulkaneifel and belongs to the VG Gerolstein. The holiday apartment is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Here you will find everything from A (like pharmacy) to Z (like dentist), shopping center, branches of major discounters, bakery with café, gas station, doctor's office in the village, all within walking distance. About 500 meters from the front door, you will find many hiking trails in unspoiled nature, as well as the Kylltal cycling path, connecting to the Ahrtal cycling path. Indoor pool, sauna, and solarium are about 200 meters from the holiday apartment. You can find fishing at the forest reservoir after about 800 meters. Active holidays, sports and fitness, Nordic walking, fitness studio, tennis court, and a large children's playground (directly at the Kyll), all can be found in Jünkerath. We have hiking maps available for hikers.

Since 2004, the farm has been carefully renovated and lovingly designed with dedication and respect for the listed buildings. With a total of 9 fully furnished apartments, designed for stays of 4 nights or more, Hof Grindelborn offers its guests a special ambience. Each apartment has a high-quality branded fitted kitchen and modern furniture. The "Herrenhaus", "Kleine Auszeit" and "Schöne Aussicht" apartments even have their own small spa area for additional relaxation. The courtyard invites you to linger and relax with a small park behind the property. Since 2024, we have been offering relaxation treatments and cosmetics for our guests in our own DaySpa. From December 2024, great regional wines will be presented for tasting in the new small vinotheque. Our own vinotheque offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a careful selection of regional wines in a cozy atmosphere and to find out about the special features of the wines from the region. The inner courtyard was completely rebuilt in 2024 and offers an Italian flair and a special coziness.

    The Jugendhof Finkenberg has undergone several structural changes in its 60-year history and has been adapted to the wishes and needs of its guests. Today the Jugendhof has 153 beds in 39 multi-bed rooms. Six of these rooms are barrier-free. Each room has its own shower room. A modern sports hall, a professional canteen kitchen, recreation, seminar and exercise rooms complete the picture of the Jugendhof Finkenberg. The free and undisturbed location of the Jugendhof Finkenberg allows for numerous adventure-based educational programs such as - Wilderness training - Team-building measures and activities for - Nature and history education. The supporting programs are carried out by trained partners and can be booked at any time. We have two fire pits on our premises, one of which is covered.
