Welcome to the house in Esch, a group accommodation for 1–12 adults

The house features a large kitchen-living room, a second fridge-freezer combo, and 5 bedrooms, each with a double bed measuring 1.8 x 2 m. Three of the bedrooms also have a sofa bed, so the house can accommodate up to 13 people in total. There are also two bathrooms with showers and two separate toilets.

If you’re traveling with fewer than 9 people, the host can make fewer bedrooms available upon request, allowing for a corresponding discount.

The surrounding area offers a wide range of recreational activities, including bike and hiking trails, as well as Lake Freiliger, located 14 km away. The 7th stage of the Eifelsteig trail is also within walking distance.

For our younger guests, there is a beautiful, new, and large playground not far from the accommodation.

Behind the house is a large meadow, and there is plenty of outdoor furniture available. A room is also available for storing bicycles.

Everyday necessities can be purchased in Jünkerath, 4 km away, where there is also a train station.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and in parts of the outdoor area.

This is a non-smoking property where, unfortunately, pets and children are not permitted.

    Lovingly furnished, non-smoking vacation apartment in the center of Daun - Steinborn. The apartment is located directly on hiking trails / "Eifelsteig" in the immediate vicinity of the spa town of Daun and the Eifel maars. You can reach the Maare-Mosel cycle path via side roads in 7 km. The apartment has a nice living room with flat screen TV, a cozy sitting area / sofa bed. In the bedroom there is a box spring double bed, as well as a closet / sideboard with plenty of storage space. The new fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob, high oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, a dining table with four chairs. From the kitchen area you have access to the cozy conservatory, as well as the terrace, sunbathing lawn and barbecue facilities. The disabled-friendly bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and 2 washbasins. The entire apartment has free W-LAN. There is a storage facility for bicycles / motorcycles in the garage. As our guests, you can also hire an e-bike for men and/or women from us (just ask us on arrival). The rental fee for the bikes is € 15 per bike per day. You can find pictures of the bikes in the gallery. A large Rewe supermarket with bakery and fresh meat counter is 3 km away. 200 meters from the vacation apartment you can enjoy the Eifel cuisine in the restaurant Landgasthaus Beim Brauer.
