The two-person holiday flat, situated in the historical centre of the village Üxheim-Niederehe, is about 45 sqm.Max. 1 dog € 10 / night (please be so kind to inform the host in advance) Niederehe is a small town situated in the valley of the nature-sanctuary „Hönselberg“. It fascinates with its vegetation: meadows of juniper and orchids. A 800 years-old monastery building with an adjacent church is located in the village itself. The holiday flat ist he perfect starting point to enjoy bicylce tours on the nearby cycle tracks, e.g. the „Kalkeifel Radweg“ , or relaxed hiking trips, e.g. the „Eifelsteig“ or the „Eifel-Krimi-Wanderweg“. All those cycle or hiking trails directly cross the village of Niederehe.

The house is situated on the outskirts of Dickerscheid in an idyllic location right next to the forest with a beautiful view. No through traffic and absolute peace and quiet. 2 large terraces are at your disposal. The vacation apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes.

We rent out the cozy Eifel vacation apartment "Schöne Aussicht". The apartment is located in the attic on 2 levels. It has 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds 90 x 200, a crib, a living room with TV, a bathroom with shower and an eat-in kitchen with pantry kitchen and washing machine. The apartment is modern and brightly furnished. On our large fruit meadow, where you can also have a snack, there is a soccer goal, a trampoline, a seesaw, a sandpit and a table with 6 chairs. A three-legged charcoal barbecue invites you to a cozy barbecue evening. There are ducks, chickens and dogs in our garden. There are two donkeys and ponies in the neighboring meadows.

The Eifel Chalet Niederehe Our Eifel Chalet was built in 2017 as a wooden house in log cabin style and has been used as a residence until the end of 2024. This traditional sustainable construction method is characterized by its natural appearance and offers a pleasant living climate due to the material wood. Perfect for your cozy stay in the Vulkaneifel! By definition, a chalet is a mountain or alpine hut. But don't worry - our Eifel Chalet is a comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people with plenty of amenities for a relaxing stay with us. Our holiday home has a living area of 91 m2 and is divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom, a utility room, a hallway, and a large living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent to the large covered terrace, there is a lockable storage room for, for example, bicycles. Part of the garden can be shared, and there is a large parking space directly at the holiday home on the property.
