The apartment is spacious, modern and very comfortably furnished. On the outskirts of Nideggen you will find our apartment in a very quiet yet central location, directly on the hiking trail 17. The town center and shopping facilities are about 400m away.

Our spacious basement apartment offers 100 m² (large living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, modern, senior-friendly bathroom) for a maximum of 6 people. A laundry/storage room including washing machine and a sunny terrace are also available. The dream path "Nette-Schiefer-Pfad" starts right on the doorstep, the Rhine and Moselle with their castles and palaces, the volcano park Osteifel and the famous Maria Laach Abbey as well as the Maifelder cycle path and other attractive dream paths are in the immediate vicinity.

Whether you come to the Nürburgring as a motorsport fan or just want to spend a few days holidaying in the beautiful Eifel region, you will enjoy your stay in peaceful surroundings. Set amidst the stunning Eifel countryside, the shopping town of Adenau and the Nürburgring are within easy reach. It is the combination of motor sport and the unique nature of the Eifel and the Nürburgring that makes the region so attractive. Guest parking is available in front of the house and there is a sunbathing lawn for relaxing.
