The cozy vacation apartment in Daun is in the middle of a 4000 m² wildlife park and yet only 5 minutes from the indoor pool, the spa center or the city center with its pretty stores and inviting restaurants - the ideal place to relax, take trips to the Maaren or the Moselle or just stroll around the city. A vacation in pure nature. The weather (almost) becomes a minor matter.

The hotel was opened in 1978 by the married couple Doris and Bodo Geromont in Plaidt. Since 01.01.2000 it has been owned by their son Werner Geromont. Our guest rooms are comfortable and modern with shower/WC, telephone and TV. As a special service we offer our guests free internet access via wireless LAN in all rooms! Start the day freshly fortified with a rich breakfast buffet and enjoy a stylish dinner for two, with the family or business friends in the evening. Whether conferences, family celebrations or company outings. Our conference and restaurant rooms always offer you the right ambience for up to 120 people.

Our modern 4-star holiday flat is bright and friendly furnished. From the spacious living/dining area you can enter your own sunny and panoramic balcony with a south-facing view. The holiday flat has two separate double bedrooms, each with shower/WC and TV.

Host Nationalpark EIFEL Hotel renovated in 2015.In this family-run hotel you will stay in spacious rooms with shower/bath, WC, clock radio and TV. The day starts with a rich breakfast buffet and you can relax in the log cabin sauna or in the solarium. The restaurant offers regional and international cuisine in a cozy atmosphere. The hotel offers an elevator, telephone booth, garages and parking spaces at the hotel as well as conference rooms for up to 30 people, including appropriate equipment. Many specialty weeks and special days take place throughout the year. For example, a guided hiking week takes place in September in conjunction with the Eifelverein.

Our two vacation apartments are located in an old farmhouse in the beautiful Eifel village of Nideggen-Schmidt, on the edge of the Eifel National Park. Both apartments are family-friendly. You can reach the "Schöne Aussicht" with a wonderful view over the Rursee in just a few minutes on foot.
