We cordially invite you to become part of our Hinkelshof adventure! In our house from 1924 there are three double rooms, which we have furnished with great attention to detail. They can either be rented separately or all together as a vacation apartment. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway, which is private if booked as a vacation apartment.Our rooms are also very suitable for families with children who would like to spend their vacation with us together. Our lounge with self-catering kitchenIf you walk across our forecourt, you come to the cozy dining room, which has a self-catering kitchen. The dining room used to be a stable, which you can still see from the feeding troughs that have been converted into benches and the rustic stone floor. The self-catering kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, as well as a basic supply of tea, coffee, spices, etc. In the same building, our lounge invites you to take a break or socialize. Here you can meet up, find sofas, games, books and tips for excursions. The little ones can spend rainy days in our colorful children's corner. Our seminar room can be hired for courses, workshops and events. The light-flooded room has an exit to the veranda in our back garden. You have a view of our old walnut tree, our pig Jacky and the chickens, there is no more distraction here. Our mini pig, Erna the cat and the chickens look forward to visitors. You can book the three guest rooms separately here. Our Gustav holiday home, located on the outskirts of Saxler and in the heart of the Vulkaneifel, offers you a beautiful and pleasant holiday near the Mürmes nature reserve. You have a living room with pellet stove and TV, a kitchen with kitchenette and dining area, 2 bedrooms with double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a terrace and a parking space for your vehicle. The holiday home is suitable for allergy sufferers. We will be happy to help you organize your booking program and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Shops, doctors, pharmacies and restaurants are in the neighboring town of Gillenfeld, two kilometers away. Nearby are the well-known Dauner Maare (Gillenfeld, Schalkenmehren, Meerfeld, Immerath, near Eckfeld) and the associated hiking and biking trails, which can be easily and quickly reached from the holiday home. Furthermore, 10.5 km away is the Daun-Senheld airfield, which offers sightseeing flights over the Maare. The Manderscheider Burgen (11 km away) are also a worth seeing excursion destination in the Vulkaneifel.
