Everything barrier-free, own parking space directly in front of the aparetement and storage space for bicycles and motorbikes.   A spacious eat-in kitchen that offers enough space for 2 people (sofa bed possibly for achild).The kitchen is equipped with: oven, Ceramic hob, Fridge freezer, coffee maker, water and egg cooker, microwave, toaster, waffle maker, cutlery and porcellain. Living area: TV+ Netflix usage possible, Radio, comfortable couch.                       The bathroom with a rain shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer.   Washing machine can be used by arrangement. Intermediate cleaning of the apartment possible for 30.-€                                                                                                    Terrace with a quit seating area, parasol and sun loungers. BBQ is possible either with a elektorgrill or charcoal. A fire bowl is available for you to end the day at the campfire in a special atmosphere. Firewood available upon request.Our apartment is centrally located near the Eifel Maars, award-winning hiking trails and various cycling/ mountain bike trails. Ideal starting point for sport activities.
