We offer space for 2 to 7 people for families and small groups in a cozy vacation home with courtyard. The house was built in 1885 and later repeatedly extended and remodeled. This left a unique character with many special features. Especially on the upper floor, the low ceiling height of the two-bed room reflects the age of the house. During the renovation and design of the vacation home, special attention was paid to the old building style and treated with loving care. We would like to point out that the vacation home is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Dogs on request. The visitor's tax is charged by the town of Heimbach in the amount of € 0.75 per day. This will be charged additionally by us. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the house. Deposit: We take the liberty of requesting a deposit of 100€ before the rental. If there are no defects, this will be refunded to your account within one week of departure.

Welcome to Eifelheim! Here you can relax amidst wonderful nature in the UNESCO Vulkaneifel Geopark. The Eifelheim is a modern, healthy and environmentally friendly holiday home and offers space for four people. The split-level house (built in 2022) stands on the southern slope of a quiet side street in the village and offers an unforgettable panoramic view of the forest opposite. The more than 1,000 square meter natural garden invites you to linger. The accommodation The simple, functional design and clear lines ensure that you can switch off and relax as best as possible. The selection of ecological building materials ensures a pleasant indoor climate. The cozy and well-thought-out kitchen with a large induction hob, fridge-freezer combination and above-average equipment invites you to cook together. A small selection of spices, as well as vinegar and oil are provided. The living room is equipped with a fireplace, plenty of firewood, lighters and a smart TV with HD Plus. The soundbar can be paired with your smartphone via Bluetooth. A collection of games, books and magazines is also available. Another special feature of the house are the two separate bathrooms with rain shower, large sink, spacious mirror cabinet and toilet. Each bathroom also has its own hairdryer. Sauna, bath and hand towels are also provided. The two bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds (180x200 cm), as well as an open wardrobe system and mirror. Due to its location in the basement, it is pleasantly cool here even in the hottest summer. The mattresses have different degrees of hardness (H2 and H3), the window side is the softer side. The beds are already made upon arrival. The holiday home has a spacious balcony, as well as a terrace and a large garden. Due to the hillside location, this is divided into six levels. There are two barbecue options available outside: an electric grill on the balcony and a fire bowl with grill grate on the terrace. About the wellness area: The wellness level is one of the six areas of the natural hillside garden. A wood-fired hot tub (not a whirlpool) and the spacious sauna house with outdoor shower await you here. The sauna temperature can be adjusted from 40-110 degrees.

The apartment is spacious, modern and very comfortably furnished. On the outskirts of Nideggen you will find our apartment in a very quiet yet central location, directly on the hiking trail 17. The town center and shopping facilities are about 400m away.
