Our two holiday apartments are located on the outskirts of Polch in a beautiful, quiet environment. The surrounding landscape, with various marked hiking and cycling paths, is excellent for hiking and biking. Additionally, various wildlife parks, castles, and the towns of Mayen and Cochem, as well as the city of Koblenz, are within easy reach.

Our holiday apartments are located on the ground floor and the first floor, measuring 68 / 75 m² each, and accommodating up to 5 people.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and two fold-away beds. The living kitchen with kitchenette has a dining area for 4 people and a dishwasher. The living room features a seating area which can be converted into a sofa bed. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, toilet, sink, and hairdryer, as well as TV and free Wi-Fi. A terrace is available on the ground floor, and a balcony is available on the first floor.

We consider any individual requests regarding the equipment and will change or provide them in advance or during your vacation if necessary. We kindly ask our guests not to smoke in the apartment!

You will enjoy an extraordinary ambience equipped with drawings and pictures by Bernhard Müller-Feyen. The sculpture garden with its monumental original sculptures is immediately adjacent to the spacious terrace. The sculpture garden is within walking distance of the city center of Adenau with its cafes, restaurants and shops. It is also just a few minutes' walk to the Nordschleife of the Nürburgring.

    Our house is very quiet and secluded on the outskirts of Berndorf.The vacation home is very easy to reach thanks to its convenient location. Shopping facilities, cafes and restaurants can be found in the town of Hillesheim (approx. 2 km). Excursion destinations are easy to reach from here. Experience a wonderful vacation in nature - whether on foot or by bike. Anyone who has come to know and love the Eifel will return here again and again.

    Welcome to the Sommerhaus!The house was built over 100 years ago and was completely renovated and modernized in 2020. It is located in the quiet Eifel village of Höfen, the gateway to the Eifel National Park. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, milk frother, fully automatic coffee machine, Philips Gourmet coffee machine, egg boiler, waffle iron, blender with accessories and of course various other cooking utensils.In the dining room there is a large real wood table with ample seating, a children's chair and a comfortable bench. In the living room there is a corner settee that can be converted into a double bed (1.40 x 2.20 m). The programmable and remote-controlled pellet stove creates a cozy atmosphere. A smart TV (WLAN and CI slot) is also available. In the "SPA area" there is a large sauna, two showers, several seating options, two washbasins, a urinal and a toilet. A hairdryer is also available. The entire lower floor (including the shower) is equipped with underfloor heating. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds (2 x 1.80 x 2.00 m / 2 x 1.60 x 2.00 m) and each with a Smart TV. One room is combined as a bedroom and playroom, with a pool table and foldaway bed, which can be folded up and down again if required. With the sleeping possibility in the living room, up to 10 people can spend a pleasant vacation in the summer house. A crib can be provided if required. The bathroom on the upper floor is also fully equipped with WC, washbasin and shower and of course a hairdryer. WLAN is available throughout the house and on the veranda and terrace. Towels, dish towels, high-quality bed linen, wood pellets and toilet paper are provided. Shower gel for hair and body is provided in the bathrooms. Washing-up liquid and dishwasher powder are also provided. Outside there is a terrace with seating and a barbecue as well as a large covered veranda, which can be lit and heated. Ideal for smokers. There are 4 parking spaces in front of the house. There are various shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity (Lidl, Aldi, Real, Kaufland etc. approx. 8 km away).Our house is located directly on the well-known Eifelsteig and invites you to beautiful hikes or bike tours. The historic old town of Monschau is 5 minutes away by car and the Rursee is approx. 25 km away. There are numerous excursion possibilities in the surrounding area, such as the Dreiländereck, Camp Vogelsang, the imperial city of Aachen or the Nürburgring.The house is a non-smoking house; pets are not allowed.
