Description HausAcht incl. KleinHausAcht (both units) The HausAcht (cosy guesthouse from the 60s) has been serving as a modern conference and leisure centre for almost 20 years. In 2016, the KleinHausAcht was added as a barrier-free extension. As a group house, up to 35 guests can use the house in various ways. Under the slogan "A whole house to live in", the house is available for children and youth groups, " large families " and working groups, hiking groups, motorcycle groups and company trips. The HausAcht is only rented to one group at a time, who can use all rooms on their own. The large kitchen (optionally for self-sufficiency) 4 lounges (incl. rustic taproom) offer plenty of room for creativity. 11 bedrooms (almost all with shower and WC) for 31 guests offer a pleasant privacy. The group house can accommodate up to 31 people. As from 32 persons, the KleinHausAcht (extension) is automatically rented. On request, a smaller group can also be divided into a group house and a KleinHausAcht (extension). You can discuss this with your host. The low barrier KleinHausAcht can be rented integratively. This extension on the level of the HausAcht recreation rooms offers 2 additional bedrooms for 4 guests, an entrance hall with kitchenette and a large bathroom with barrier-free equipment. The panorama apartment in Jünkerath is located on a south-facing slope on the edge of the forest. From the 124 square meter comfort apartment you have a beautiful panoramic view of the wide valley. Separate entrance, covered sun terrace with garden furniture are among the advantages. Jünkerath has an excellent infrastructure with very good shopping facilities and good transport links - railroad connection. It is located in the beautiful landscape of the Vulkaneifel, bordering the "Eifel National Park". There is an iron and railroad museum in the village. The indoor swimming pool with sauna and solarium is in the immediate vicinity of the vacation apartment.A reservoir, 15 minutes' walk away, offers fishing and swimming opportunities. For those with sporting ambitions, the school sports complex, tennis courts and fitness studio are right next door. Beautiful cycling and hiking trails (Kyll-Radweg and Eifelsteig) start from the house.In the immediate vicinity you will find the historic water mill, the Eifelkrimi hiking trail, the Dauner Maare, the Eagle and Wolf Park as well as the Hirsch- and Saupark. Holiday village with 18 high-quality equipped, new, modern holiday homes for 1 to 7 people (76-97m²) in a quiet location on the edge of the forest 3 km from the Carolingian town of Prüm. Terrace, sauna, TV, free parking, some with wood-burning stove and fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave. In Prüm (4 km by car, 3 km on foot) you will find all shops for your daily needs. Information about excursion destinations can be obtained from the tourist information centre: www.eifel.info There are currently no new building works in the park. Laundry can be washed and dried in the washing machine room (white container with key pad) (4 x 1€), detergent 0.50€. If you would like to use our hot tub, please contact us. Please only use the parking space belonging to your house or the parking spaces in front of house 3, next to the blue container or above house 10. Please do not park in the turning hammers. Two tea towels and two dishcloths as well as a dishwasher cloth are always provided. For reasons of hygiene, no food (including sugar, spices, coffee or tea) is allowed in the houses! The coffee machines are filter coffee machines. Travel cots and / or highchairs can be collected from our warehouse on arrival if required (free of charge while stocks last). These must be returned cleaned on departure. A large number of marked hiking trails start very close to the houses, allowing you to discover the fascinating landscape.
