    Our smoke-free vacation apartment has: First floor: open, spacious living area with sofa and flat screen TV, kitchen with dining table for 6 people an adjoining terrace fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with 0 degree zone and freezer compartment, blender, food processor, Jura fully automatic coffee machine and much more. storeroom guest WC Second floor: two spacious bedrooms, one with a 2x2m bed and armchair/reading corner one with a 1.40x2m bed and sofa bed, a travel cot if required large bathroom with shower and bathtub, equipped with hairdryer and towels You can view the corresponding pictures in the gallery. You have the possibility to use the WLAN. We are happy to provide you with a baby travel cot, a TripTrap (high chair) and a changing table free of charge, please let us know when booking. There are cushions for the chairs on the terrace in the storage room on the first floor. We ask our guests not to leave them outside in the evening or in bad weather. You can park your car for loading and unloading in the courtyard directly in front of the entrance. There are plenty of parking spaces just a few steps away. The cost of cleaning per stay is 80 euros. Arrival from 15:00 at the earliest. Departure by 10.00 am at the latest. You are welcome to contact us personally on site or give us a call! Dogs are only allowed by prior arrangement.

    The accommodation is located in the centre of the pedestrian zone. It is approx. 53 metres in size and has been newly furnished. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, including a high chair for children. In the bedroom there is a large double bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed where 2 more guests can sleep. A cot can also be added. The bathroom has a large, comfortable floor shower. A small hallway and, if required, a washing machine and tumble dryer round off the offer.The flat is located in an old building that was completely renovated a few years ago. It is on the 1st floor; there is also a secured car park at the house. Short distances lead you to the bakery, butcher and 2 supermarkets. Less than 100 metres away is the Eifel National Park Gate, where you can find lots of information. The spa gardens and the heated outdoor pool are also just a few minutes' walk away.From here you can start numerous hiking and cycling trails, e.g. Eifelsteig or Wildnistrail or cycle along the K7 to the Urft dam.
