The holiday apartment has approx. 100sqm of living space, 40sqm terrace.

Induction cooktop, extractor hood, refrigerator-freezer, oven, kettle, coffee machine or pod machine, and much more are also available. (See kitchen pictures)

Bathroom and Bedroom;

Bedding and towels are provided once

Washing machine, iron, and drying rack are also available for you

Changing table, crib, and high chair are gladly provided for our little guests

Baby/Toddler is free, either in the crib or sharing the adult bed

    Welcome to the beautiful Eifel!In our approx. 80 sqm, modern and brightly furnished holiday flat, on the outskirts of Lambertsberg, you can relax from everyday life and enjoy time with the family. The quiet village of Lambertsberg is located in the southern Eifel, on the edge of the German-Luxembourg Nature Park. The holiday flat has a separate entrance and its own terrace, from which you can enjoy the great view of the Dierbach valley in peace and quiet. The garden area is also completely fenced in and is perfect for children and four-legged friends. In the immediate vicinity, numerous excursion destinations await you in the border triangle of Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. You can reach them quickly via the nearby motorway connection (approx. 5 km). The idyllic Dierbach and Prüm valleys are just a few kilometres away. There, a variety of hiking routes and trails invite you to go hiking or cycling|mountain biking. The nearest supermarket is in Waxweiler (approx. 4 km away). There you will also find an ice cream parlour and an outdoor swimming pool. In Lambertsberg and the surrounding villages there are several restaurants that invite you to spend a relaxing evening. The secluded location of the estate offers an incomparable view of the Eifel mountains and the surrounding landscape, which invites you to dream. Since 2004, the farm has been carefully renovated and lovingly designed with dedication and respect for the listed buildings. With a total of 9 fully furnished apartments, designed for stays of 4 nights or more, Hof Grindelborn offers its guests a special ambience. Each apartment has a high-quality branded fitted kitchen and modern furniture. The "Herrenhaus", "Kleine Auszeit" and "Schöne Aussicht" apartments even have their own small spa area for additional relaxation. The courtyard invites you to linger and relax with a small park behind the property. Since 2024, we have been offering relaxation treatments and cosmetics for our guests in our own DaySpa. From December 2024, great regional wines will be presented for tasting in the new small vinotheque. Our own vinotheque offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a careful selection of regional wines in a cozy atmosphere and to find out about the special features of the wines from the region. The inner courtyard was completely rebuilt in 2024 and offers an Italian flair and a special coziness.

    Travel & Arrive in the Volcanic Eifel - in the ZEITquartierSince the Eifel offers very varied holidays, whether active (hiking, cycling) or for slowing down (relaxing walks) - you can rent me, an old Eifel house (completely renovated in 2021). My holiday guests 1 to a maximum of 3 people will find me as a holiday flat - an 85 sqm feel-good space on two open levels. I am well and modernly equipped and very cosy. I also have my own garden terrace. Bicycles will find a place in my garden house. I have lived on the Vulkan Ringseiter in Kirchweiler for 150 years. This is a small village in the GesundLand Vulkaneifel. (Daun approx. 8.0 km, Gerolstein approx. 7.0 km) Ground floor level The ground floor has a small hallway with wardrobe and a separate luggage storage room. The open and modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster and much more and offers a dining area with 4 chairs. In the living area you will find a fold-out sofa bed where you can spend cosy hours in front of the wood-burning stove (Bullerjahn).The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower, WC and hairdryer. Attic level Spacious living area with sofa, TV armchair, stool, round table with chairs, cupboard, shelf, box-spring bed (1.60 m wide), skylight with sun protection blinds.
