Welcome to our cozy vacation apartment in a quiet part of Wittlich! The accommodation in the basement offers a private entrance, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, an open-plan living and kitchen concept, a spacious bathroom and a storage room.

The apartment is located in a quiet, small district of Wittlich. Stores for daily needs can be reached quickly by car, and the nearby highway enables numerous excursions in the region. Nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts can explore the Hunsrück and the area around Trier. The Moselle can be reached in less than 10 minutes and also offers attractive opportunities for cyclists. Hikes in the Hunsrück, cycle tours along the Moselle or along the Moselle-Maare cycle path make your stay varied and relaxing.

The Dorfperle is ideal for couples or workation guests and stays pleasantly cool in summer thanks to its location. In a quiet location, it invites you to relax. There is a parking space for guests in the courtyard of the detached house, and bicycles can also be parked safely.

Description of the vacation apartment

The accommodation in the basement has a separate entrance, which can be reached via a staircase, and thus offers a lot of privacy. There is also a small seating area right at the entrance, ideal for a relaxed start to the day or a quiet evening. Smoking is permitted here.

It has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a tasteful mix of modern ambience and an old Vertiko, which gives the room a special charm.

The hallway is generously proportioned and has a desk. From here you can plan your next excursions or work on emails. The free WLAN is of course available and is ideal for workation.

The bathroom is large enough, tastefully furnished and has a shower. Towels are of course included.

The living room and kitchen form an open, very bright living area, which is charmingly complemented by another old vertico. The kitchen is well equipped and the entire area is comfortably furnished, making you feel right at home. An additional storage room offers practical storage space for your suitcases. Vacuum cleaners, brooms and other utensils are well stowed away here and keep things tidy at the same time.

Thanks to its location in the basement, the apartment remains pleasantly cool, especially in summer, making it a relaxing retreat even on hot days.

Enjoy the peace and quiet and let the day come to a cosy end on the terrace with a barbecue and a bottle of Moselle Riesling. Centrally located - motorway 4 km, railway station 8 km, airport 46 km - the holiday flat "Auf der Heg" is an ideal location for your holiday: city tours to Koblenz, the imperial city of Trier and the wine town of Cochem. Highlights like the castle Eltz, the hanging rope bridge Geierley and the amusement park Klotti are always worth a visit. Hike along the many dream paths or explore the Moselle and Eifel by bike.
