Exclusive, tastefully furnished chalet in a natural location As soon as you enter the barrier-free bungalow chalet, you will feel the unique indoor climate of our sustainable wooden houses. Solid polar wood, large windows and the special ceiling height convey the feeling of being in the middle of nature and help you to simply let go and relax! THE ACCOMMODATION The 125 m2 bungalow chalets and the 175 m2 gallery chalet are located in the middle of the beautiful Vulkaneifel. With two to three bedrooms, they are ideal for a longer stay with 2-6 people. One bedroom can be prepared with either two double beds or one single bed. Please give us a brief note on this. We only completed the chalet at the end of 2022 and furnished it in a modern, stylish and comfortable way. Each chalet has its own sauna, free-standing bathtub and private gym. The sleeping area, kitchen, bathroom and fitness area are fully equipped and of the highest quality. Each chalet has two private parking spaces with a private wall box for electric cars. In our NETTE chalets, we not only provide you with bed linen, bathrobes and towels, we also clean them according to the strictest cleaning standards. In addition, a large number of consumables are freely available to you. From fragrance essences for our saunas to shampoo and shower gel to dishwasher tabs and cotton pads. Upon arrival you will also find some coffee capsules and tea bags for a relaxed first arrival. All of these consumables are replenished or replaced after each stay. Our goal is that our guests lack nothing! We ask for your understanding that it is only through our cleaning costs that we are able to meet such high hygiene standards and, moreover, to ensure a maximum carefree experience during your stay. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES There are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails in the Eifel. We recommend the "Komoot" app. There you will find a variety of predefined and individual hiking routes. From Oberbettingen and Gerolstein you are well connected by train in Germany. Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity!

Flat description: The 90 square metre flat with its own barrier-free access and parking space can accommodate up to 4 people (2 bedrooms). Its terrace is located directly at the pool and has a seating area, sun loungers and a gas barbecue. On cooler days the sauna (for single use) with rest room invites you to relax. You can reach the bus stop Parkhaus Laufenstraße in approx. 2 minutes on foot, the market square in approx. 3-5 minutes, the indoor swimming pool and the Vennbahn cycle path in approx. 10 minutes. We have our own free parking lot!!! The "Nähkiste" has room for a maximum of 5 people. There is 1 double room with shower on the 1st floor and 1 double room and 1 single room in the attic. The bathroom for the attic rooms is on the 2nd floor. The garden terrace and a double swing with slide are also at your disposal on the 2nd floor.
