All of this is offered by our approximately 92 m² cozy and completely newly renovated, exclusive ** four-star ** non-smoking apartment with 500 m² garden in the heart of the South Eifel Nature Park. The lake and the edge of the forest are only a few minutes' walk away. The village center can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.FacilitiesIn both houses, emphasis was placed on a harmonious touch, which is expressed in recurring colors. After an eventful day full of scenic impressions, a feeling of peace, relaxation and harmony should set in when you enter the house.The living room is divided into the kitchen, dining area and living area.Here, too, particular emphasis was placed on the harmony of the colors. Television, DVD/CD player and radio are of course available, as well as a Wii games console with various games for less sunny days.There is also a television in each bedroom.The heat cabin in the bathroom has the option of using light therapy with the help of various lamps.The storage room next to the house is particularly large and spacious.
