The accommodation has a flat-screen TV. Some units have a dining area and/or terrace. There is also a kitchen, fitted with a dishwasher, oven and toaster. A refrigerator and stovetop are also offered, as well as a coffee machine. Every unit features a private bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided. Haus Hinneres was built in 1742 and is known as the oldest standing building in Maardorf Schalkenmehren. The famous Maare-Mosel Cycling Route is 800 metres away and the outdoor swimming pool Freibad am Schalkenmehrener Maar is reachable by foot within 4 minutes from the property. The Nürburgring is 30 km away from the property. There are also various hiking routes including the Eifelsteig which pass by the property.

The Jenn Haus is a lovingly restored, listed house from 1827. During the 2019/20 renovation, great importance was attached to ecological materials such as clay plaster, natural floors, etc. Many historical details have been preserved and make the house a special gem. The interior of the cottage is well thought out and furnished with attention to detail. The living room in the extension is spacious and opens directly onto the wooden terrace, which is equipped with raised flowerbeds, a gas barbecue and two comfortable loungers and parasol. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need; the bathroom and WC are also brand new. There is a floor-to-ceiling shower on the 1st floor! The bedroom on the 1st floor has a small side room that can be used as a wardrobe or as a baby room - the house is designed to accommodate children, from the high chair and toilet seat reducer to children's games and books. The children's room on the 1st floor is also furnished accordingly. The room in the large open attic (not lockable) - with a super free-standing bathtub in the middle of the room, another TV, gym equipment etc. and a very large double bed can be used either as another bedroom or as a family room for relaxing or playing.

The holiday-facilities is situated in a central but quit area of Bollendorf. There are spacious 2-room- and 3-room-apartements with kitchen, TV and balcony. WIFI for free.Furthermore you will have a indoor playroom.There are parkingplaces at the house. Furthermore a big hal to get bikes and motorbikes in.Outside there is a climbing-rock and a playground with swing. No allowed in special appartments - please contact your landlady.

We preserved the old substance of the house for you to enjoy the atmosphere of the old townhouse and travel back in time with its historic decoration and wall details. Your holiday in Astorius house will combine history with modernity in its quirky and full of character design and exposed stones. The house offers three separate apartments to allow you for your intimacy but you can also share your time with other house mates should you be part of a group.  The house history was also marked in a book by Friedrich Hermes:"Monreal, Grabenstraße 9. The history of a house and its inhabitants":  ... Where now runs the grave street in the medieval town Monreal was the moat that protected the city on the west side from unwanted intruders. After the destruction of Monreal castles by the troops of the French King Louis XIV in 1689, gardens were created in the filled ditch. The house is partly still using the rubble of the former medieval town walls… The house has three separate units, each heated by a floor heating.Furthermore, each apartment is equipped with central vacuum, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi.All apartments are provided on arrival with fresh linen, towels and dishtowels.The holiday home is an animal- and smoke-free house.
