Newly built holiday apartment, with big and sunny terrace overlooking a huge garden and Eifel landscape. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, close to nature, this is for you. The house is located just outside the village, in close proximity to hiking and bike trails, volcanic lakes and a protected dry moor area. Fans of motor sports can visit the nearby Nürburgring race track (20 minutes by car). The adjacent activity center (running school and seminar house) offer a blockhouse sauna and other opportunities for relaxation and various activities. Just let us know if you'd like to use the facilities - if available, the sauna and garden facilities are free of charge for holiday guests. 

Riding stables in the beautiful SÜDEIFEL for therapeutic riding Comfortable non-smoking vacation apartment in a sunny, quiet location on the edge of the village. Right on the edge of the forest. Wood-burning stove in the living room. Our 6 horses/ponies are used for therapeutic riding, with a focus on the work of Moshe Feldenkrais. With their relaxed presence, they take away even anxious people's fear of horses.

Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, small freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Dining area with space for 5 people; a high chair is also available if needed. In the living area, there is a large flat-screen TV. Two sofa beds offer additional space for guests. The bathroom features a walk-in shower; a washing machine and dryer are also available. In the outdoor area, there is a cozy seating area and a charcoal grill available. Existing playground equipment, a trampoline, and children's vehicles may be used. In summer, pool use is also possible.

The apartment has its own entrance and a separate terrace. All rooms are barrier-free and accessible at ground level; aids (shower chair, grab bars and a raised toilet seat) are available for the shower and toilet. There is a parking space at the apartment and a locked room is available for bicycles brought along (with charging facilities for e-bikes). Lake Freilingen can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
