It happens from time to time that sections of the trail have to be temporarily diverted or closed. Just take a look at www.gesundland-vulkaneifel.de/info/wege-info/.

This wooded circular route is particularly suitable on warm days. The hike starts at the Mehren sports field and takes you directly into the green oasis of the forest.

It's easy to switch off from the stresses of everyday life here. Observe the fascinating play of light and shadow through the foliage of the treetops, breathe in the spicy scent of the forest and take in nature with all your senses. This walk is not only invigorating, but also calming - a real treat for body and soul.
