Distance: 15.3 km Starting point: National Park information point (Heilsteinhaus), Franz-Becker-Str. 2 in Simmerath-Einruhr


The circular trail leads through the varied forest landscape in and around the Eifel National Park. From Einruhr, the trail runs through the Erkensruhr valley to the forest chapel in Hirschrott. In the idyllic Püngelbach valley that follows, you pass a well-known weather protection hut. Shortly before returning to Einruhr, the Eifelblick Wolfshügel offers a fantastic view.
