• Assistance dogs may be brought along, but not into the Monkey Gulch. During the car ride they must stay in the car.
• The entrance to the ticket office is visually rich in contrast, but not recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.

• At the restaurant there are three marked parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).
• Almost all evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible, except for a small area in the small animal enclosure (a 13 cm high step).
• The ramp leading to the restaurant from the parking lot has a maximum gradient of 7 % and a total length of 3 m.
• The alternative ramp leading to the restaurant from the terrace has a maximum gradient of 14 % and a total length of 2 m.
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide or alternatives are available.
• Outdoor paths are mostly easy to walk and drive on with the exception of the monkey gorge (coarse gravel, water channels). There are longitudinal slopes of up to 12% over a length of 200 meters. The Monkey Gulch is uphill and downhill; the maximum longitudinal gradient is 14% over a length of 90 m.
• There is few seatings available.
• Animals are visible while sitting and information is readable while sitting.
• There are wheelchair accessible tables available in the restaurant (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

• The door is 93 cm wide.
• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the toilet and the washbasin 120 cm x 108 cm;
  left of the toilet 120 cm x 52 cm, no manoeuvring space on the right.
• There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rail on the left of the toilet can be flipped-up.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible.
• An alarm trigger is not available.

• The door is 83 cm wide.
• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the toilet and the washbasin at least 170 cm x 134 cm;
  left of the toilet 120 cm x 52 cm, right of the toilet 37 cm x 55 cm.
• There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
• The sink has limited access.
• An alarm trigger is not available.
