The Tourist Information Bollendorf is located in the oldest residential building of the village, in the listed, stately "Abteihof". A visit to this house is worthwhile in any case. Our staff will be happy to give you information on all topics concerning your vacation.

Dear guests,
from September 1st to October 31st, 2025, we are open for you on MON/TUE/THU/FRI and SAT from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
Our Tourist Information will be closed on Wednesday afternoons.
Outside of opening hours, you will find informative flyers about hiking and cycling in our brochure box.
We are happy to answer your questions by phone as well. If you cannot reach us personally by phone, please leave us a message on the answering machine. We will call you back as soon as possible.

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.
- Assistance dogs are allowed in relevant areas/rooms.
- The entrances are visually rich in contrast.
- Almost all evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
- The signage is designed in clearly legible and contrasting font.
- An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly. The break position is not announced by spoken commands. The operating controls are not visually rich in contrast but tactilely detectable.
- The staircase is not visually contrasting, but has a handrail on one side.
- Information is not available in Braille or prismatic font.
All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities".

- There is one marked parking space for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 550 cm).
- The bus stop "Sauerstaden" is 150 m away.
- The building is steplessly accessible via the back entrance.
- All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible.
- The consultation room is accessible via a step or an 86 cm ramp with a 19% gradient.
- The elevator to the event room measures 112 cm x 140 cm.
- All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
- The counter is at its lowest point 77 cm high.
Public toilet for people with disabilities
- The manoeuvring spaces are:
in front of the door 150 cm x 144 cm;
in front of the toilet and the washbasin 200 cm x 125 cm;
right of the toilet 90 cm x 70 cm, no manoeuvring space on the left. - There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rail on the right of the toilet can be flipped-up.
- The sink is wheelchair compatible. The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
- An alarm trigger is available.
