Tourist Information Bollendorf

from January 5, 2026, the Tourist Information Bollendorf will take a winter break and will remain closed until February 12, inclusive.

During this time, we will also have limited availability by phone. If you cannot reach us personally by phone, please leave us a message on the answering machine. • There is one marked parking space for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 550 cm).
• The bus stop "Sauerstaden" is 150 m away.
• The building is steplessly accessible via the back entrance.
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible.
• The consultation room is accessible via a step or an 86 cm ramp with a 19% gradient.
• The elevator to the event room measures 112 cm x 140 cm.
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
• The counter is at its lowest point 77 cm high.

Public toilet for people with disabilities

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the door 150 cm x 144 cm;
  in front of the toilet and the washbasin 200 cm x 125 cm;
  right of the toilet 90 cm x 70 cm, no manoeuvring space on the left.
• There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rail on the right of the toilet can be flipped-up.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible. The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• An alarm trigger is available.
