The sculpture park LAPIDEA is located in the Mayener Grubenfeld. Created by the symposium held every 3 years with international artists. Stone sculptures made of basalt, the stone quarried in the Mayener Grubenfeld, are worked there. During the symposium in the summer you can look over the shoulder of the artists as they work the stones. The unsold results of these symposiums can now be seen in the sculpture park.

The Emil Frank Institute is dedicated to the history of Wittlich's Jewish fellow citizens. Guided tours through the Jewish town of Wittlich, through the synagogue and the Jewish cemetery are offered

A museum locomotive, visible from afar, shows the way to the small railway museum on the cycle path in Pronsfeld.

The Hubert Salentin Museum, supported by the Manfred Vetter Foundation, is dedicated to the oeuvre of the genre painter Hubert Salentin.
