Welcome to the border region of Germany - Luxembourg.
The German-Luxembourgish Tourist Information will provide you with brochures, magazines, hiking maps, leisure guides and much more for the tourist region on both sides of the borders.
As a service we offer our visitors:
mediation of guest rooms, apartments and campsites, bicycle rental, ship excursions, sale of regional products, sale of maps ( a lot of them a free of charge), wheelchair accessible WC, sale of the fishing license for border waters.

All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for deaf people".
Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.
- The alarm is clearly visible in the entire building/object.
- There is no audio induction loop system at the counter.
- Guided tours for people with hearing impairment and deaf people (in German sign language) are offered. A reservation in advance is necessary.

- Assistance dogs are allowed in relevant areas/rooms.
- The entrance is visually rich in contrast, but not recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.
- All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
- The signage is designed in clearly legible and contrasting font.
- Information is not available in Braille or prismatic font.

- There is one marked parking space for people with disabilities.
- The path from the car park to the entrance is 15 m long and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 4 % over a distance of 5 m.
- The building and all evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible without steps.
- All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
- The counter is 75 cm high at the lowest point. There is a possibility of communication while sitting.
- There are three different inclusion bikes for rent. More information in the test report and on the website.
Public toilet for people with disabilities
- The manoeuvring spaces are:
n front of the toilet and the washbasin 200 cm x 180 cm;
left and right of the toilet at least 110 cm x 70 cm. - There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
- The sink is wheelchair compatible.
- An alarm trigger is available.
