Embedded in the forest and mountain landscape of the Eifel, you can experience the animals up close all year round! From small inhabitants, such as cute coatis, to "wild" big cats, to the big stag, visitors can observe animals at eye level. Around 60 animal species in the northern hemisphere and Australia, i.e. a total of approx. 400 animals, live on 30 hectares in the Eifel Zoo.
Embedded in the forest and mountain landscape of the Eifel, planted with rare, also tropical trees, you can experience the animals up close. Unique sights, fascinating moments.
A total of around 400 animals, around 60 exotic and native animal species, live on 30 hectares: from small residents, such as cute rabbits, to "wild" big cats to the capital deer.
Experience the ride on the EIFEL - ZOO - train (1.2 km with train station), with the feeding of the deer and bison, which eat out of your hand, being the highlight.
A miniature village with over 30 buildings shows a miniature Eifel landscape.
