Head chef Carlo Hauer creates the best the region has to offer in his kitchen: game dishes from local hunts, homemade smoked ham, the legendary beef roulades with red cabbage and much more - all in a creative blend of tradition and modernity.
Homemade liqueurs, our own honey and home-produced lard give the dishes a very individual touch.
The sheltered terrace with a view of the Sauer is a great place to sit and simply enjoy yourself.
