You can look forward to down-to-earth regional dishes and classics, which our chef will prepare for you in a refined way. Sven Molitor uses only carefully selected and fresh ingredients, as far as possible from producers in our region. With great respect for the product, he creates tempting culinary delights that you can already look forward to.
