In the outdoor café directly by the goat meadow, there are homemade cakes and drinks available when the weather is dry.

  - Soft cheese in feta style made from goat's milk (refined in brine or in olive oil)

• Seasonal meat products from goats and poultry

• Cloudy apple juice from our traditional orchard

• Traditional orchard balsamic vinegar - a collaboration with SONNE e.V. from the Eifel region

• Sun-dried walnuts in their shells from our traditional orchard

• Canned goods, pasta, egg liqueur, and more from local farms

• Seasonal vegetables from the region
