Slaughtering takes place several times a year, then there are soup chickens, meatloaf from free-range turkeys and more. This must be pre-ordered. Our goats transform the tasty Eifel herbs into milk, from which we create a wide variety of Steinrausch goat cheese in our own farm cheese dairy using traditional craftsmanship.
