This mindfulness retreat consciously takes place during the week and offers you the ideal place to focus intensively on your mental health and personal direction. The retreat is recognized as educational leave in three federal states. Some employers also cover the costs for this resilience break.
 
In the inspiring silence of the Steinfeld Monastery, we dedicate ourselves to your personal development through the following focus areas:
 
• Stress prevention & resilience: How mindfulness serves as an anchor to remain present in everyday work and master challenges with more serenity.
 
• Arriving and letting go: Sessions for targeted deceleration and consciously shedding everyday stress.
 
• Transforming limiting beliefs: We identify limiting thought patterns that block a healthy new beginning and transform them into empowering resources.
 
• Finding vision & planning: We develop concrete steps for your reorientation – beyond the seminar.
 
• Holistic methods: Utilize the power of cacao ceremonies in the morning, intense breathwork, and journaling to deeply anchor what you’ve learned and connect with your feelings.
 
Experience three days filled with empathy, clarity, and humor that will sustainably strengthen you for your (work) everyday life.
