Our house is located in a small holiday park in the immediate vicinity of the reservoir Bitburg. Since it is located in the first row, it has an unobstructed view of the reservoir. In the immediate vicinity are two hotels and several restaurants. The county town of Bitburg is 10 km away, Trier is 35 km away and it is 27 km to Vianden in Luxembourg. All leisure activities such as hiking, cycling, jogging are possible on the doorstep, as well as the Prüm is an excellent fishing area. The terrace of the house is designed so that small children can enjoy this carefree. Furthermore, dogs are welcome. The terrace is fenced and the newly renovated house has fly screens and shutters in all rooms. Our house has a new cozy sitting area, a new kitchen and more. with ceramic hob and dishwasher, a newly built walk-in shower with a corresponding folding seat and a box spring bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has an additional TV. The second bedroom has two single boxspring beds. Furthermore, the house is equipped with Wifi (16MB), Internet radio with music system, baby cot, high chair, clothes horse, woodburning stove, patio furniture and hair dryer.

The cosy holiday flat is located in a quiet, wooded area. Nearby you will find cycling and hiking trails - the Eifelsteig, Heimatspuren, Eifleschleifen, Traumpfade -, the Dreimühlen waterfall, geo-path and many beautiful viewpoints and excursion destinations. On request, 2 guest rooms (shared shower/WC) can also be booked. We are a family-friendly house. Your pet is also welcome! DVD player, games and books are available, as well as a cot with changing table and high chair. In addition, a children's table with chairs is available for our little guests. Make yourself comfortable in our large courtyard! Lawn, garden furniture and barbecue are available. A beautiful playground is 100 m from the house. A bakery is located 4 km away. Supermarkets and butchers are 6-10 km away. Breadmobiles come 4 times a week.Leudersdorf is situated in the Hillesheimer Kalkmulde in a geologically interesting, volcano-rich landscape. Nature and hiking lovers feel at home here.

The stylish and modern holiday apartments "Zimmermanns 1 and 2" are located in the Mützenich district of Monschau. They are on the upper floor including the attic of the house and each apartment has 60 m² of space for up to 4 people. The cozy living rooms are equipped with a sofa with a sleeping function, TV and radio. The dining area and kitchen are in the same room. The bathrooms on this floor have a shower, bathtub and toilet. The bedrooms with a double bed and satellite TV are on the attic floor. The closets in the hallway offer enough storage space for your luggage. From the spacious terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the meadows and the town. The outdoor sauna is available to all house guests free of charge. A parking space is available. Bicycles can be parked in the existing carport and there is the option of charging e-bikes. A combination with the holiday apartment "Zimmermanns 3" in the same house is possible - then up to 14 people can stay overnight.
