Our cozy, 3-star family-run, DTV classified house is about 72m2 in size. It has two floors and offers enough space for 3 adults and a child as well as a baby enough space. It has a bathroom with shower (hairdryer available), a living room with pull-out couch and a flat screen TV. A master bedroom with a double bed and a flat screen TV. One bedroom with a single bed; a children's half-high bed and a baby crib + changing mat. The kitchen is equipped with a modern stove (ceramic hob) incl. oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer compartment, coffee filter machine, kettle, microwave and a toaster. microwave and a toaster. A high chair is of course also available for our younger guests. In addition, there is a playhouse on stilts, a sandpit and a barbecue area in the adjoining garden, which invites you to linger. A parking space is reserved for you close to the house. Pets are NOT allowed in our non-smoking apartment. A ladies s.w. Men's and children's bicycles are on site and can be used free of charge.

The accommodation is located in the centre of the pedestrian zone. It is approx. 53 metres in size and has been newly furnished. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, including a high chair for children. In the bedroom there is a large double bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed where 2 more guests can sleep. A cot can also be added. The bathroom has a large, comfortable floor shower. A small hallway and, if required, a washing machine and tumble dryer round off the offer.The flat is located in an old building that was completely renovated a few years ago. It is on the 1st floor; there is also a secured car park at the house. Short distances lead you to the bakery, butcher and 2 supermarkets. Less than 100 metres away is the Eifel National Park Gate, where you can find lots of information. The spa gardens and the heated outdoor pool are also just a few minutes' walk away.From here you can start numerous hiking and cycling trails, e.g. Eifelsteig or Wildnistrail or cycle along the K7 to the Urft dam.

The Hetzingen campsite is in a wonderful location in the Eifel National Park, directly on the Rur, which is famous for its clear water. Opposite, the romantic Nideggen Castle rises on a steep hillside (325m above sea level). The Rursee lake is only a few kilometers away and the countless excursion possibilities in the surrounding area offer variety during your vacation. The campsite is an ideal starting point for sightseeing (Cologne / Aachen / Monschau ...), culture lovers, climbing enthusiasts, cyclists, kayakers and hikers. In the midst of an almost untouched natural landscape, you have the opportunity to enjoy the clear air and especially the prevailing peace and quiet and to relax completely. The entrance to the new Eifel National Park is just 5 minutes' walk from the campsite. Our self-service store with daily fresh baked goods as well as our restaurant with international cuisine and Balkan specialties will take care of your physical well-being. Whether you opt for a camping vacation or a stay in our chalets, rental caravans, barrels or vacation apartments - the Hetzingen campsite offers you plenty of space and privacy to relax! The destinations Maar Mosel Radweg, and the hiking trails Eifelsteig, Lieserpfad or to the Maaren (eyes of the Eifel) you can reach in a few minutes.You can experience interesting day trips from the vacation apartment. For example, to the legendary Formula 1 race track at the Nürburgring (Green Hell), to the castle towns of Cochem and Bernkastel or follow in the footsteps of the ancient Romans and visit the oldest city in Germany, Trier.
